The trouble with renting

Sad to say but to get anywhere in life, you have to be forceful in getting what you want. I've learned the hard way that when you're nice people walk all over you not giving two craps (in use for a worse word) People don't want to do things when they need to be done, but when you threaten them with money it's like they think they are going to die tomorrow so they will fix it as soon as possible. Money speaks and lately it's the strongest persuader we have.
