The Great Cricket Attack of '08

Oh my god, I feel the same exact way but with spiders. I scream for my dad whenever there's a spider in my room or anywhere else in the house. It's useless for me to call my mom because she's worse than I am. But yeah, the way you feel about crickets is the way I feel about public speaking. Whenever I have to read in front of the class, I turn like beat red in the face and my ears turn like fire engine red and get really hot. When I have to read something in front of the class the paper also shakes because my hands are shaking. I also have a fear of bugs like spiders (major!!), crickets (only when they jump at me), and bees. And then for some reason I have a fear of clowns. I really don't know why but one day I was watching a movie and there was a clown in the movie (and no its wasn't IT) and from then on out I've been afraid of clowns. Like I'm fine to go to the circus but I avoid them at all costs while I'm there. Also one of my biggest fears is of death, like I mean I know we are all going to die in the end, but I'm just afraid of how I'm going to die and when. I honestly have no idea how to make me less afraid of public speaking, if you can break me of it in your class then you are a miracle worker.
